Is this rental suitable for families or groups?

Absolutely! The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout includes a main bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, a kids' room with two twin-over-twin bunks, and a queen Murphy bed in the family room. Total capacity is 10. We provide a 4moms Pack 'n Play, Zoe travel Pack 'n Play, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, and baby toys.

What is the check-in and check-out process?

Self-check-in makes arriving stress-free. Two days before arrival, you'll receive the address, parking information, house manual, and emergency contact details. At 12:00 PM Pacific on arrival day, direct-book guests receive their private Level Keypad code by email. The code activates at the 4:00 PM check-in time and remains active until the 11:00 AM checkout time. If the email has not arrived, reply or call or text us before coming to the house. We can resend the code, unlock the door remotely, or coordinate the backup-key lockbox on the post by the front door. The City of Trees Guest WiFi network does not require a password. The door automatically locks when closed.

How does identification work for a direct booking?

Identification is completed inside the direct-booking checkout process. The booking guest follows the Stripe Identity prompt, submits an accepted government-issued ID and selfie securely through Stripe, and sees the verification status in checkout. Do not email identification to us.

Can I drop off luggage before check-in or after checkout?

Yes, when coordinated with Ryan and Ashley first. Luggage drop-off is at City of Trees House: come to the front door at the time we confirm and hand the bags to us. There is no separate off-site storage location or self-service luggage access.

Are there any fees for booking this Sacramento vacation rental?

Yes. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and complete the booking and identification process. Other registered guests and children may be younger.

Up to two pets—dogs or cats—are welcome with prior approval and a $25 fee per pet. Dogs with a bite history or aggressive behavior are not permitted. Insurance-restricted breeds are not permitted: Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Akitas, Wolves, wolf hybrids, and any mix of these breeds. We provide pet bowls, a pet bed, and access to the fully fenced backyard.

Everything you need: Fellow coffee maker, Caraway cookware, KitchenAid stand mixer, quality knives, full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. We provide olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, and pantry staples. Dishes, glasses, utensils included.

Is WiFi reliable?

Is there a noise policy or quiet hours?
