Private Hot Tub
The Lifesmart LS450DX has open seating for up to seven people and 22 adjustable jets. Heated to 104°F year-round on a smart controller we monitor remotely. Cleaned and chemically balanced after every guest departure. Open 7 AM to 10 PM daily. Towels provided. The hot tub sits on a private back patio screened by mature trees for full privacy.
Family Room
Retro arcade games (Street Fighter II, The Simpsons, Mortal Kombat), a regulation-size pool table, ping pong, dart board, and a collection of 1,000+ vinyl records with record players in the family room and main bedroom. Plus a queen Murphy bed for two extra sleepers, bringing total occupancy to 10.
Tesla EV Charger
EV charging is free for registered guests. The Level 2 Tesla charger is mounted on the exterior right side of the garage, and a non-Tesla adapter is available.
Gourmet Kitchen
Fellow Aiden Precision Coffee Maker, Fellow Ode Brew Grinder Gen 2, Fellow Atmos vacuum canister, Fellow scale, Caraway non-toxic cookware, KitchenAid stand mixer, full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender. We pre-stock olive oil, salt, pepper, common spices, coffee beans, tea, and pantry staples. Dishes, glasses, utensils, and serving ware for 10. The kitchen island seats 4 with stools.
Backyard Oasis
Four-burner Mont Alpi 400 propane grill, propane fire pit, outdoor string lights, six Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining table for 8, and a fully fenced lawn with mature trees. Both the grill and fire pit run on propane—a spare propane tank is stored on the property as a backup. The backyard is large enough for cornhole and lawn games. Pet-safe and dog-friendly.
Sleeping Arrangements
Main bedroom with a king bed and main bathroom. Bedroom with a queen bed. Kids' room with two twin-over-twin bunks (sleeps 4 kids). Family room with a queen Murphy bed. Total capacity is 10 guests. All linens are premium percale; mattresses are 12-inch hybrid memory foam.
Family Amenities
4moms Pack ‘n Play, Zoe travel Pack ‘n Play, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, and baby toys. The fenced backyard and quiet residential street make this an exceptionally safe choice for families with toddlers.
Work and WiFi
Starlink internet. The bedroom includes a dedicated workspace with a comfortable desk, monitor stand, and ergonomic chair. Property is well-suited for remote workers extending their stay through the week.
Pet Accommodations
