Two days before your scheduled arrival you will get the address, parking instructions, the full house manual, recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions, our personal cell phone numbers for any questions, and emergency contact information. At 12:00 PM Pacific on arrival day, direct-book guests receive their private door code by email. The code activates at 4 PM on check-in day and deactivates at 11 AM on checkout day. The City of Trees Guest WiFi network does not require a password. If the code email has not arrived, reply or call or text us before coming to the house. We can resend the code, unlock the door remotely, or coordinate the backup-key lockbox on the post by the front door. Walking in is as simple as entering the code on the Level Keypad installed next to the front door. When leaving, pull the door fully closed; it automatically locks when closed.
